The building is open 24/7. During the break December 25, 26 and January 1,2 should be treated as weekend hours needing FOB & McGill ID. Dec 27, 28 & 29 are business hours for the building but our floors will need McGill ID card access. Please do not leave the doors to the elevator lobby open. See you all on January 3rd, 2018. N.B. One of the main doors on 14 was left open after 6pm last night, which triggered an alarm at McGill Security. A guard was dispatched and incident report put in (see below). When the card readers were installed we requested that all hall doors be closed at 5pm so that at 6pm they could lock. The doorstop on these doors are only to be used when you need to keep the door open while transporting items. If this should occur again there will be a $100 charge. Who wants to pay? Good afternoon We have received the following list of rooms in which the lighting fixtures have to be changed to fix the flickering problem. The techs from P.R Desjardins hope to do this work the week of January 8th. Should any of these rooms be part of your lab and you have participants booked for the week of January 8th let me know and they will work around your schedule.
