*Position Summary*
The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a full-time (9 mos.)
fixed-term Teaching Assistant Professor to teach classes in statistics
and research methods with a one-year contract that is renewable.
Preferred start date is January 2021. Lecturers in the department
typically teach three courses per semester for a total of six courses
each academic year. Additionally, this position offers excellent career
advancement opportunities including promotion to Teaching Professor.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Psychology or related field and
experience teaching in an academic environment.
*Qualifications and Experience** *
We are seeking an instructor with demonstrated excellence in
undergraduate instruction. We are seeking individuals who are qualified
to teach statistics and research methods in psychology and neuroscience
but versatile enough to teach other topics.
