Dentistry at Temple University***
Temple University Kornberg School of
Dentistry (TUKSoD) is seeking candidates for a one-year
postdoctoral fellowship in behavioral dentistry to begin in
Summer, 2016. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in
clinical or health psychology or a related area and possess
excellent research skills and interest in conducting research
as part of an interdisciplinary team. Initial work will be
focus on the study of dental anxiety and its treatment among
patients at TUKSoD and collaborating on the crafting of a
cooperative agreement with the National Institute of Dental
and Craniofacial Research as part of a team headed by Drs.
Richard Heimberg and Marisol Tellez. Opportunities for
developing one’s own line of research and potentially moving
to a faculty position may be available. Temple University is
