Dear Colleagues,

It was a pleasure seeing some of you in Albuquerque last week. Spelman is
hiring an Assistant Professor with a strong background in Quantitative
Psychology. I would be happy to answer any questions that you might have.

Position Summary
The Psychology Department invites applications for a tenure-track position at
the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 2019. Teaching
responsibilities include Statistics I, Statistics II, Psychometrics, Research
Methods, Pathways in Psychology, and other courses in the candidate’s area
of expertise. We seek a broadly trained colleague that can contribute
effectively to undergraduate teaching and mentoring, service, and curriculum
development and assessment. The successful candidate should have demonstrated
research productivity with the potential to secure grant funding and
meaningful involvement of undergraduates as research assistants.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in any area of Psychology, with a strong background in Quantitative
methodology or Experimental Psychology
