The Senior Area Director (SAD) position is a leadership role in our Client Services Division. The SAD has broad knowledge of education policy, testing and measurement, and large-scale assessment. The Senior Area Director serves as a key client contact responsible for client engagement and ongoing client relationship management. This role ensures that activities associated with assigned assessment programs are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, schedules, and budgets while maintaining client satisfaction. This role reports to the Director, Educator Solutions for Licensing and Learning.
