Hello everyone
We are still
seeking applications for
a full-time Clinical Post-doctoral Fellow (Ph.D. or
Psy.D) at the UCD Early Psychosis Programs. We are
looking for someone with interest in developing clinical
(and research) skills with seriously mentally ill youth and
young adults (ages 12-30). This primarily clinical position
will focus on utilizing evidence based practices such as CBT
and conducting comprehensive clinical assessments within our
outpatient clinical program. Research opportunities will
include outcomes evaluation of training programs and
individual’s response to interventions. Individuals with
experience in early psychosis populations, the SIPS and
SCID, as well as treatments including MFG and CBT for
psychosis will be considered strongly BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED.
Supervision toward licensure will be provided. We are
looking for a minimum commitment of 2 years in the position.
Interested
applicants can find more information and submit their
materials through
https://careers.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/psp/extapp1/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/ROLE_APPLICANT.ER_APPLICANT_HOME.GBL. Click on “View Job postings/Apply for
Job,” and then simply enter
043931 in the reference # field toward the bottom of
the page (in the Other Miscellaneous Criteria section) and
click “search.” No other information needs to be entered for
the search. Please note that the position title is Mental
Health Therapist, Psych (rather than Post Doctoral Fellow)
because of the primary clinical role for the position.
Please
forward this information on to individuals or listserves
that may be interested!
The position is open
until filled, but we are hoping to begin interviews in
March-April, so please apply soon! The position can start as
soon as possible, but no later than July 2015.
Thanks so much
Tara
