Candidatesmust hold a PhDorMD/PhD(orequivalent).The primary criterionforselection is demonstratedacademic excellencein the fields of//cognitive, sensorimotor and/or related clinical neuroimaging.The successfulcandidate willbe an emergingleaderinthe field with an excellent record of high quality research productivity, who demonstrates potential for continued innovative independent research. The successful candidate must have a high-quality research program and a strong potential to link and build on research concentrations in the Department of Biomedical and Molecular Sciences and the Department of Psychology and within the Centre for Neuroscience Studies. Strong quantitative skills, and experience with state-of-the-art fMRI analysis methods will each be an asset. The candidate willdisplaya strong interdisciplinary fit with research being conducted in the host departments and the Centre for Neuroscience Studies, as well as strongpotentialforoutstandingneuroscience teachingcontributions (e.g., methods in brain imaging, cognitive or sensorimotor neuroscience). Salary is commensurate withqualificationsand experience.
